A Foster Township man is in McKean County Jail for allegedly touching a girl inappropriately several times between 2010 and 2012.

Kenneth Edward Greek, 52, of 1149 East Main St., is charged with four counts of indecent assault of a child less than 13. One of the charges is a third-degree felony, while the others are first-degree misdemeanors.

According to court records, the victim told a forensic interviewer with McKean County Children’s Advocacy Center that Greek had entered her room and put his hand down the front of her pants. She said on more than one occasion, he had put his hand down the back of her pants and touched her inappropriately, and also put his hand under her shirt and bra, court records read.

When questioned by police, Greek denied the allegations.

Greek was arraigned Friday morning before District Judge Bill Todd and remanded to jail in lieu of $20,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
