The Bradford Area Chamber of Commerce is inviting its members and their families to come and enjoy food, fun and good company at the member-family cookout from 5:30 to 8 p.m. July 14 at Mystic Water Resort in nearby Limestone, N.Y.

The dinner is open to all who are part of a Chamber of Commerce member business or organization or have an individual membership, as well as the families of employee members.

Pamela Miller, event coordinator for the Chamber of Commerce, said on Tuesday afternoon that this is the third year for the event; it was started in 2014 by the Chamber of Commerce and has had a successful turnout the past two years.

This year’s cookout is open for members to bring their children and come relax, socialize and enjoy the evening with other Chamber members in a family-friendly environment, Miller noted. It will include a picnic buffet, beverages, door prizes and activities such as miniature golf and access to the driving range, among others.

Participants will have the opportunity to receive a ticket for a round of miniature golf or a bucket for the driving range, Miller explained.

Also featured that evening will be the drawing of winners for the annual Bradford Area Chamber of Commerce 200 Club giveaway, according to Miller.

Advance tickets for the cookout are $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6-12 and admittance is free for children age 5 and under. Tickets are available at the Chamber of Commerce office at 121 Main St. or by calling (814) 368-7115. All tickets at the door will cost an additional $2.  

Mystic Water Resort is located at 620 Parkside Drive in Limestone.
