NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — Jessica Rae Dell, daughter of Tom and Kristine Dell of Freedom, N.Y., and William Joseph Brooks III, son of William Brooks of Bradford and Joyce Chapman of Lewis Run, were united in marriage in a double-ring ceremony Sept. 12 at The Falls Wedding Chapel, Niagara Falls, with the Rev. Anne Quinn officiating.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
She wore a white satin and lace A-line gown by Exclusive Bridals featuring off-the-shoulder lace cap sleeves, a sweetheart neckline with lace overlay and an embellished lace illusion button-up back. The cathedral-length satin and lace train was accented with delicately beaded lace insets and lace edging. Adorning her head was a silver headband headpiece accented with delicate white flowers and limonium, and she wore a silver diamond tennis bracelet given to her by the groom.
She carried a bouquet of white roses accented with greens, limonium and dark purple ribbon-wrapped stems.
The bride’s sister, Brittany Dell of Freedom, served as maid of honor.
She wore a purple cocktail-length, all-over lace, sleeveless dress accented with a keyhole cutout lace back, and she carried a single white presentation rose accented with limonium and purple ribbon.
The groom’s twin brothers, Andrew and Nathan Brooks, both of Bradford, Pa., served as best men.
A reception was held at the Quality Inn and Suites at the Falls, Niagara Falls.
The couple planned a honeymoon trip to the Outer Banks, N.C.
They reside in Bradford.
The bride is a graduate of Pioneer High School and Toni & Guy Cosmetology Academy of Erie. She is employed as a stylist at Holiday Hair.
The groom is a graduate of Bradford Area High School and Triangle Tech of Pittsburgh, where he earned a degree in computer aided drafting & design. He is employed as a draftsman at Topline Process Equipment.
A bridal shower was hosted by Kristine Dell and Joyce Chapman, and a guys night out was hosted by Jerry Moore and the groom’s twin brothers at Dave and Busters.
