EMPORIUM — Susie Guisto’s season-high 23 points led a balanced scoring attack that carried Cameron County to a 65-47 victory over Oswayo Valley in North Tier League basketball action Friday night.
Guisto’s point total included five of the Lady Red Raiders seven 3-point field goals. Backing her were Madison Harrier with 14 points and Madi Guisto with 12.
Harrier led the winners on the boards with eight rebounds, while Madi Guisto came up with four steals and was credited with six assists.
Cameron County (9-6 overall, 5-5 NTL) led 30-23 at halftime, pushed that to 47-33 at the end of three and then wrapped up the win with a 20-14 scoring advantage in the final eight minutes of play.
High scorers for Oswayo Valley were Hope Howard with 16 points and Brianna Siebert with 14.
Cameron County returns to action Monday with a non-league game at home against St. Marys.
