KANE — CJ Spirits LLC has introduced its newest product, Graveyard Sam’s White Whiskey.

The distillery’s owners said the whiskey is produced using a bourbon mash and then aged with oak and bottled at 90 proof. The combination of using fresh locally grown grains that are then milled on site, along with a special distilling process and oak aging, has produced a super smooth young whiskey.

Graveyard Sam’s joins Rocksov Rye Vodka, Wilds Corn Vodka and Wilds Gin in CJ Spirits product line. Other products slated to go into production later this year are bourbon whiskey, rye whiskey and rum.

The distillery is located at 120 Willow Run Drive in Kane. They have a bar and pub tables seating 40 people for cocktails, sandwiches and appetizers.
