PORT ALLEGANY — Behind three goals from Brandon McCaslin, Port Allegany eased to a 9-1 win over Smethport Monday.
The Gators also got a goal each from Eli Knapp, MacKenzie Elliott, Gage Caulkins, Adam Koehler, Tyler Kaple and Matt Causer.
Trent Miller had three assists, Koehler and Caulkins two each and Knapp and Elliott one.
Andrew Knapp had Smethport’s lone goal.
Garrett Talkington and Josh Mealy combined for five saves for the winners (9-4, 7-1 UAVSL), while Blaine Groshek had seven stops for Smethport.
The Gators have a big UAVSL matchup today at Coudersport (6 p.m.).
