BEMUS POINT, N.Y. — The Southern Tier Travel Soccer League came to a conclusion this past weekend with the Joe Delity Playoff Tournament.
The top four teams from each age division advanced to the tournament with the Sportsman’s Outlet U12 Boys winning the U12 tounament title.
The second-seeded Bradford boys defeated the third-seeded BAYSO 4-1 in the semifinals.
Isaiah Pingie had one goal and one assist and Matt Murphy, Ian Grady and Matthwe Franz each added a goal.
Brennan Grady was in goal with five saves.
In the championship game, Bradford United defeated number one seed NC Concord 4-0.
Brennen Grady was in goal for the shut out and he was supported by a very strong defensive effort from Drew Auteri, Jason French, Murphy, Doug Hannon and Evan Schmidt.
Ayron Hart had a hat trick with three goals, Hugh Kennedy added a goal and Pingie has one assist.
Also advancing to the season-ending tournament was the Foster Brook Glass and Mirror U12 girls who defeated BAYSO 5-3 in the semifinals.
Mikayla Bond had a hat trick with three goals and Erica Marshall added two goals. Assists were dished out by Marshall, Mackenzie Lucas, Kate Huber and Laney Kahle.
Kahle was also in goal with six saves.
In the finals the Bradford girls lost to EMSC2 3-1.
Bond scored the lone goal unassisted and Kahle was in goal with five saves.
The final Bradford United entry was the Cabin Creek Screen Printing U14 boys who lost in the semifinals to Northwest 3-2.
Brody Nay scored both goals and he was assisted by Colton Swanson and Brett DeGolier. Brent Kennedy was in goal with seven saves.
Both Bradford U10 teams participated in the U10 Soccer Fesitval also held at Bemus Point.
The Kessel Construction U10-1 team lost their first game to the NC Concord Wildcats 3-1.
Calyb Geist scored the lone goal and Christian Peterson and Maddie Emerson were in goal combining for eight saves.
The team rebounded in game two and defeated NC Concord Lightning 5-4.
Geist led the way with four goals and Emerson added one goal and one assist. Also assisting were Lauren Placer, Tripp Hoover, Emily Shields and Marissa Buccolini. Hoover and Peterson were in goal with nine saves.
The Kessel team continued their winning way and defeated EMSC 4-0 with Geist again leading the way with three goals.
Buccolini added a goal. Assists were provided by Shields, Hoover, Placer and Abbie Nuzzo.
Emerson and Hoover combined for the win in goal with six saves.
The Bradford Movie House U10-2 Bradford United team went 3-0 in the U10 Fesitval.
They defeated the NC Concord Lightning 5-0, the NC Concord Wildcats 4-0 and SW Catts 6-0.
Lucas Johnson, Colin Conneely, Jaydon Warnick and Jerid Wilmoth all tended goal in the three shut out wins and combined for a total of 16 saves in the three games.
Offensively for the Bradford co-eds, Conneely had four goals, Emma Swanson had three goals, Wilmoth had three goals, Alex Mangold had two goals and one assist, Olivia Coles had one goal, Johnson had two goals and four assists and Warnick added one goal.
