Arlington, Va., residents Blaire A. Luciano, daughter of Michael and Jean Luciano of Bradford, and Nathan A. Constable, son of Dr. James Fey and Kathryn Fey of Ithaca, N.Y., and Nancy and Gerald Constable of Sidney, N.Y., have announced their plan to wed.
The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Allegheny College, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science and communications arts, and a 2010 graduate of The George Washington University, where she earned a master of professional studies degree in political management. She is federal affairs specialist at Farmers Insurance in Washington, D.C.
Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of Hartwick College, where he received a bachelor of arts degree in history and political science, and a 2012 graduate of The George Washington University, where he received a master of professional studies degree in legislative affairs. He is senior manager of communications and policy at the Community Health Accreditation Program.
An Aug. 1, 2015, wedding ceremony will be held at St. Bernard Church in Bradford.
