SMETHPORT — Chris Zuver, who has attended stock car races since he was a youngster, has turned that enthusiasm for the sport to become a successful racing promoter at dirt tracks in the Pennsylvania-New York-Ohio area.
Zuver of Bradford is the owner and director of the United Late Model Series, the corporate umbrella for the ULMS and United EMOD Series.
