ARLINGTON, Va. – The Rev. T. Byron Collins, 85, of Washington,
D.C., a Jesuit priest who advanced Georgetown University’s
interests before the U.S. Congress and the federal government for
close to 30 years, formerly of Bradford, Pa., died Saturday (June
17, 2006) in Halquist Memorial Inpatient Center, Arlington. Mr.
Collins was born in Bradford and worked in the oil-production
business.
